This entry focuses on launching dailystand.dev in week 1 and bringing it into clearer focus.
The product was already live, and it already had both a write-up and a project page:
- Article: Building a full SaaS in less than a day with Claude and Codex
- Project: dailystand.dev
This week was about making it easier to discover and understand in one pass.
What I focused on
- Re-centered the layoff log around weekly updates instead of daily placeholders.
- Added this kickoff entry to anchor the narrative to a real shipped product.
- Cross-linked the product, article, and project page so each reinforces the other.
Why this matters
dailystand.dev is more than a demo. It is a production-ready async standup platform that can be self-hosted, extended, and integrated with modern team workflows.
Making that clearer across the site turns it from “one more project in a list” into a stronger signal of product and engineering depth.
